The company's small marketing team already had its hands full. It needed a full-stack solution that could work independently of its small hub-and-spoke operation to formalize its brand, build a website, and develop content - pulling in necessary stakeholders on an as-needed basis. It included strategic, creative, and technical resources like branding, visual design, video editing, search and conversion rate optimization and front-end development - all led by an integrated project manager.

We refreshed and reorganized the company's existing visual assets into a comprehensive business-facing identity – one that aligns itself around its target audience driving trust, recall, and advocacy.

We built a from-scratch twenty-five page website focused on driving leads by communicating the company's unique products and services, industry knowledge, and unique process. Work including technical integration to third-party CRM and other tools.

Our tactical partnership model meant that the project champion could work with a single project manager throughout the course of the project rather than dozens of individual subject matter experts. All stakeholders participated in bi-monthly sprint meetings conducted through video and used to define requirements, get approvals, and process feedback. Catalyst has continued working directly with the company as its digital agency-of-record since.
